The Conference Organizing Committee invites you to submit a presentation for the Talk & Walk - 3 minutes 3 slides - morning session at the PRIT being held November 30, at La Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie, Paris. This unique session provides an entertaining format to present interesting projects, industry pearls, and other innovative information in order to develop a "Project Factory"

The goal is to share as many cluster success stories and opportunities as possible in a short period of time

The Talk & Walk Session will be held on Monday, November 30, 2009 from 11:00 – 11:40 am. Presentations will be given in the pleinary session.

If your cluster falls into one of the five categories listed below :

- Health
- Finance
- Sustainable environment
- City and Sustainable Mobility
- ICT and Digital Life
- Transportation Automotive/Aviation

Then you can apply to our Talk & Walk session in our plenary morning session We would be happy review your presentation during our early November blind Jury selections session to be held early November.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Presenters will present their information in English in no more than 3 minutes and with no more than 3 slides.
   
2. All elements must be visible on each slide (you cannot have any major overlapping of slide elements).
   
3. Presenters who go over their allotted time limit will find their projectors dark and the microphone silent.
   
4. Submitted abstracts will receive a blind review by a panel comprised of members of the Conference
   Organizing Committee. You will be notified of the acceptance/rejection of your presentation by Monday, November 16, 2009.
   
5. . All accepted Talk & Walk presentations will be made available on line, on the PRIT website in a secured area following the show.

The deadline for electronic submission of your Talk & Walk abstract is Monday, November 2, 2009. Abstracts received after the deadline will be returned. The Talk & Walk submission Form must be downloaded and must be submitted ELECTRONICALLY along with your 3 PowerPoint Slides.
DO NOT fax or mail your abstract.

Please send your completed abstract form via email to papers@prit2009.eu with the subject heading ‘Talk & Walk (your name)’. REMEMBER TO ATTACH YOUR FILES.
