In France as well, collaborative research and innovation are top priorities for both private and public-sector players. The French government, the Ile-de-France Region and the city of Paris have all committed to plans of action to support collaborative R&D, innovation and job creation. How do these strategies fit into the future development of the European economy?

Inter-cluster cooperation: A user's manual
When exploring transnational R&D projects between French and European clusters, sharing experiences is a useful exercise: how to set up a consortium, define common goals, spot success and risk factors, finance projects, derive the benefit, surmount hurdles, manage transnational project, manage timing, and more. What tools do clusters need to work together?
